Absolutely no privacy at all. You might as well parade yourself naked in the hotel. There's a huge glass window on top of every room to monitor for activities in the room. Stay away if you treasure your privacy. Staff enter room without permission even when the key card is present. See photo for huge glass window. It is almost as good as allowing people to watch you at any time. The bed is pretty stained as well. You will hoping there is no bed bugs present. No sound proofing. You can hear almost everything next door. No 24 hrs counter service. Check in at 3pm. The staff works at 3pm. The only good thing about this hotel is the price. The price is absolute steal.

This hotel is not worth paying for, I have many reasons listed below why: 1. The room is uncomfortable especially during winter because there is no heater inside of it. 2. The comfort room is not even comfortable, (1) there is no bidet in toilet (2) there is no available toothbrush and toothpaste in room, you need to ask and buy to front desk. (3) there is no proper shower room, the space is small 3. There is nothing inside the mini fridge not like other hotels that they have water, juice, etc. 4. There is many policies like no bringing foods inside the room. 5. The parking have different fee even you stay here. 6. The price of rooms indicated on their page is not accurate. In my very own opinion, we booked a hotel to become comfortable to our stay. But I can say that this is not the hotel you are looking for if you want to be comfy.

The floor still has hairs when I came. The hotel should clean the room carefully. And some rooms dont have window so it feels a bit uncomfortable. +1 point is one of the best location, 2 minutes walk to subway and 3 minutes for airport bus.

Ive work almost 80%of my work life in hotel industry in Singapore. And by far this is literally the worst. You expect tourism to help your economy and this is the best that they can come up with. Dont put your name as Calista hotel put it as Calista army camp or Calista Hostel. 1 star for me. 1-no friends or family members to visit in room. 2- no noise. 3-no food in room 4-no drink in room 5-no ironing Might as well stay in graveyard. Worst hotel ever in korea. Wtaf.

The room was a bit small, but it was worth the price. If you arrive early, there are spaces for you to leave your luggage, and then you can come back later to check in. The staff was ok. The room is clean. You can hear some noises from the walking street, but it didn't bother me much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
