I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to the others. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - everyone was lovely. Breakfast was adequate - juices, teas, coffees to mini sausages, eggs, beans, pastries to toast, cheeses and meats. It was a good way to start the day. Thank you for making my partner's birthday special. We'll be back

We stayed for 2 nights for our minimoon. The room was as on the pictures. It's located next to the metro station and the Opera, which it means that we could walk to most of the main attractions. Also good connection to take transfer bus to the airport. Buffet breakfast in the cafe/restaurant downstairs with not too much choices but enough. Definitely I would stay again.

Pros: Great location. Short walk to the Danube. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was spacious. Service was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Cons: Front door not well marked. Security was questionable, at best. Towels were paper thin and bed was hard. Housekeeping had not cleaned the ash tray on our balcony and it was filled with cigarette butts. Our shower did not drain and their poor attempt at fixing it failed. At least one other shower on our floor was the same. The safe malfunctioned. There are really no guest services available.

This is an absolute amazing guesthouse worth every cent of it. It’s located right by the beautiful opera house and very close to the happenings in downtown. If you get a chance, book a suite with a rooftop balcony. Having a place like this. makes it difficult for one to spend a night out in bars: You can sit on this balcony, admire the beauty of this unique amazing city and just miss nothing else. I highly recommend this house. P.s. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
