Best stay! This hotel has everything you need during your stay in Santorini. Let’s start with the smooth and fast check-in. Margarita provided plenty of information about the hotel, transportation, and things to do around the island, depending on your time there. Listen to her! Margarita and Christos made sure we had the best time during our stay. The room was big enough, clean, fresh, and a very comfortable bed. It’s very peaceful and calm during the day and night. Breakfast! Breakfast is included and has plenty of eggs, fruits, vegetables, and bread, which are very tasty and filling! Thank you to Ellie for providing a fantastic service every day. The pool was fantastic, perfect temperature and great views. After a long day in Oia, we returned to the hotel and spent the rest of the day in the pool. Honestly recommend this place!

Stayed for 4 nights at the Callia Retreat at the start of October. From the moment we checked in we were met with smiles from all the staff and had fantastic customer service throughout our stay. Photos dont do the hotel justice. Had a lovely room with a great breakfast. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the Fira main square. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Callia Retreat! Margarita and her team are very friendly and helpful - from answering questions before our arrival to assisting us with restaurant recommendations upon arrival, they were on top of it! They helped with transport to and from the suites, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and well-appointed and the balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. The location couldn't be better ... close enough to walk to the center of Fira, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. After a long day wandering around Oia, the pool area was a nice respite. The buffet breakfast was great - plenty of options with both fresh sweet and savory items. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so welcoming (especially Margerita), the breakfast was delicious and the food on offer changed each day, and the pool is a great place to chill out. We loved our time here in Santorini!

I could not recommend this hotel more. Margarita, Christos and the staff were amazing. The rooms are magnificent, the pool area is delightful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff were so attentive, catering to our every need and always available. We will definitely be returning!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
