We loved our stay here, much more personable than your usual hotel/ guest house which was a welcome change. It lives up to its name with a very calm and inviting atmosphere. We loved our room overlooking the street outside where we watched the world go by. The walk to the old town is simple (go over the bridge) and we enjoyed staying in a quieter party of town. I'd estimate time into the town on foot to be about 15/20 minutes. The staff are lovely, the room spacious and bright. My favourite so far in Vietnam xx

We spent 5 days in Calm House Hotel and it was one of our favorite accommodation during our 1 month trip in Vietnam. Our room was spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, we loved the wood focused interior everywhere. Location wise it is 10 minutes walk from the Hoi An market. Extra thanks to Monkey🤗 for recommending us a beautiful roadtrip in the neighborhood of My Son Sanctuary. Basically the roadtrip was better then the sanctuary. The staff of the hotel is very kind and ready to help if you have a question.

Most affordable dorm room in the city! The room had a pool view, clean room with attached washroom. Location was convenient as it’s at city centre. Friendly staff and they offer many tour packages for Ba na hills, old quarter tours and inter city bus bookings as well. Quiet and beautiful surroundings! Common area has spacious seating, you can read a book available there or order food from Grab app You can also rent out scooters or cycles here to go around the city!

Very good experience. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We had a nice chat with the manager too (cheers! 🇨🇱🇿🇦). We also booked with them a nice tour to My Son. I think the only “but” were some bugs in the room.

I loved this hostel, so well decorated and comfortable!! The staff is amazing, feels like home. The shower was the best I had in Asia!! Really great location for a really great price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
