The hotel is very nice, we tried 3 different room, clean and recommended to take the balcony room so you can hang your clothes. There was slight changes on the extra person charges but we still recommend this hotel. Not very far from the beach but renting the motorcycle next to it also recommended. Staff was helpful and nice too. There is also a free water refill and good quality of soap and shampoo.

I'm pleasantly surprised. Most budget hotels lack any sense of style. Rooms were very small but had style and bed wasn't rock hard. Bathroom wasn't great but acceptable. Only real knock was lots of road and outside noise

What a wonderful stay I had at the Calypso Patong Hotel. I would like to thank the always friendly and helpful staff for making my stay in Patong Beach a memorable one. The location is ideal for people who are looking to be close to the action (Bangla Road), but prefer to rest their head in a place with a bit more peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable, and, as mentioned before, the staff was inviting, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Patong Beach. Thank you!!!

Good for its cheap price. We did rent some bikes at the hotel and it felt more safe than to rent from some random on the street. It went smoothly and if you are comfortable going on a bike i would recommend you to do this. The pool was not at the hotel which surprised us. You had to walk to another hotel 100 meters away if you wanted to swim in the pool. The air conditioning was pretty bad and slow too and did only work while you were in the room. Only got 1 card to the door. Would still recommend because of the cheap price though.

Really nice place for reasonable price 👌 Not that far away from Bangla road. Tuktuk is basically max200bth and it doesn’t matter if it’s this part of city or other. Nice and helpful people ✌️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
