        Cambria Is A+ The room was awesome, very sleek and neat aesthetics, bed had a cool light, the bathroom was super nice. Definitely enjoyed my room. The location was perfect, you couldn’t be in a better location for the rate and quality. Parking was a block away not much of a hassle at all. No safety concerns, they keep that place tight and secure far as I could tell. There a Garrett’s right next door and a great theater. Really had a great stay while back home visiting Chicago. Highly recommended

        Absolutely GREAT location! Super friendly staff! Only a few very small cons. 1. You can hear street traffic, lots of honking, obviously not the hotel's fault and quiets down around 11p. 2. The blankets are very thin, I suggest bringing one, I will say I didn't ask for another one or anything so it's possible they have thicker ones, not sure. Overall, the room was VERY clean and comfortable! Also, we left an item and they called very soon after we left and got us set up to ship it home to us! Very very nice people working at this hotel!

        The location is excellent, right in downtown Chicago. It's convenient as famous attractions like Millennium Park are within a 15-minute walk. The hotel has been renovated, and the absence of carpeting on the floor contributes to its cleanliness. Satisfied with the cleanliness of bedding and overall cleanliness, the trip was enjoyable. While the breakfast and room service are lacking, the reasonable price makes it understandable. I would like to choose this place again if I visit.

        Is it too much to ask for basic room cleaning services? We stayed at Cambria hotel for one week. There was only 1 time cleaning services. After a few days, the garbage kept piling up in our room, really made you felt living in a homeless shelter. I went to the front desk and politely requested them to clean our room before we left the room. The front desk people were rude and bossy, whatever you said they just ignored you. I spoke to 3 different reps for the same simple request at different times. I thought at least one of them would hear me. Nope! They all were deaf & worked like zombies, no passion no heart. They were there for the paychecks only. Reminder to those zombies, customers paid the price the hotel asked for. In turn, the hotel pays you to be at the front desk to take care of the hotel customers. That’s your job; providing customer service! The hotel management should be aware of the lousy services delivered by your employees to your customers. You might need to pick the right person to do the job and provide etiquette trainings. To everyone about to book this hotel, keep in mind that you might be living in a dirty room during your stay.

        I am surprised there are so many good reviews for this hotel. I booked this hotel based on photos & reviews and next time I'm in Chicago I will not be staying here. I get this hotel is in an older building but the walls were so thin. I could hear a man singing in the street and sirens blaring, even with my headphones on. The gym had lots of cardio machines, dumbells up to 50lbs and a cable machine so it got the job done. But the worst part of my 2 night stay was at about 3am a man tried to enter my room. As a solo female traveler, I was terrified. I almost called the front desk but I dead bolted my door and cracked it open and told him to leave. I understand that may not have been the hotel's fault but it was very upsetting. Also I noticed in the hallway, trash bags & what I assume was dirty linen outside of rooms down the hall from my room. I stayed for 2 nights and they were there when I arrived and checked out. Also had no refills of toilet paper or tissue. If you ask your guests if they want to opt out of housekeeping, give them what they need. I ended up checking out early so I could get out of there. Would not recommend.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
