My husband and I celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary on Christmas Eve 2023. We stayed at the Cambria Hotel for 2 nights. Our experience as absolutely fabulous. Our room was beautiful, and the overall Customer Service was incredible. The staff is clearly trained to be intentional about providing welcoming, polite, and professional customer service! By the way ... a special "shout-out" to Earl in the Hotel Lobby; Earl was extremely polite, and he absolutely "insisted" on being helpful. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. I look forward to future opportunity to enjoy the services and amenities of this venue.

Hotel is new and very pretty inside. Room was clean and it’s nice for sure. Valet was atrocious. Waited 25 mins at midnight for someone to come out and take the car. And you pay $45 for valet. They have one person working and a line of cars. Also, I was awoken at 3am by fighting and screaming in the room next to me. Not the hotel’s fault but it was unsettling. I feel the hotel could have done something after being told about the inconvenience, like maybe refund the valet charge. Likely won’t stay here again. There are better choices in Detroit.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel decor is beautiful. The hotel was very clean. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Valet parking was easy and inexpensive. Staff were stationed at and near entrances checking on all that entered. We felt very safe here. The onsite market, restaurants and bars are convenient. We saw an outdoor area and rooftop dining area for gatherings. There are scheduled events. The taco restaurant onsite was good. The bed was comfortable, updated decor and clean rooms. Very quiet at night. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. We booked here on a whim to see a Red Wings game and it was super easy to walk to the arena and all downtown Detroit has to offer. Cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was wonderful, and the decor and vibe is on point. If it's not the best hotel I've stayed in, it's easily in the top three (and it's in Detroit!). Just wow. My entire opinion of Detroit has changed for the better. Way to knock this place out of the park from top to bottom.
