Sleek modern elegant hotel. Rooms are beautiful comfortable relaxing. Hotel has been remodeled on the inside but the outside is plain. The elevators are slow slow and older so u have to b patient. Bathrooms are modern sleek. The mini bar/ fridge was empty so byob same for snacks. It was quiet in hotel overnight & peaceful which I appreciated. Valet parking only be ready to tip.

Room was very nice, and clean. We were up on floor 16 and it was so quiet. Soap was very lemon scented (almost smelled like bathing with Mr clean bathroom cleaner 😅). Staff was kind and very helpful. We came in the evening time and opted to park at a nearby parking garage as the valet was $55 and we have a large truck. Would stay here again.

It is located in Central downtown, close to most major venues, nice restaurants, and bars. It is a valet only location at $55 a night. The bar/restaurant/lobby area is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I did think the menu was very lacking in options, which killed my motivation to eat there again. The rooms themselves are very clean and spacious. Was very comfortable there for 4 days. My only complaint about the room was that there was no microwave. Despite the issues, I have no reason not to return. I'd say I even loved this hotel, and I will return.

I have been staying here since Thursday and throughout Monday and I just wanted to say this is a very nice hotel it has a fitness room and me and my sister went there to check it out and it was very helpful with little instructions on the machine. The shower and bathroom is huge and very spacious, and the water feels so amazing. Staff is very nice, and helpful. I would stay here again, and it’s not that far of a walk to the convention center!

We arrived on motorcycles. Nicholas took exceptional care of us allowing to park our bikes in a safe and convenient location. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our room was wonderful and the hotel space was very comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
