The room was really nice & unique. The bed is extremely comfortable & you can hook your phone up to the bathroom mirror so you can play music! I really liked that feature. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly & nice! The only thing that messed up the whole experience was the valet service! I utilized the service! Before I got out of my car, I looked at my miles! When I got my car bsck it was driven 15miles, my drivers seat was so low & leaned back, the heat was off & when I turned it on it was on 90, there was a grease stain on the driver's side window, the back door was open, the back windows where down! It's just horrible! I will not go back to the hotel for that reason! If you decide to get a room there, park your own vehicle! The hotel it's self is nice!

The location was convenient and check-in process was straightforward and we received a warm welcome. However, the room had issues. The shower was leaky and flooded the bathroom. The tub was not the cleanest. The toilet flush ceased to work at some point and we asked for assistance. The maintenance staff arrived 30-40 minutes after the request was made and upon multiple follow-up calls. The bedding wasn't extremely cozy and the comforter seemed small even for someone not too tall. We requested for wine glasses to which we received the response "come get it from the bar" and upon going to the bar they informed us that it was not possible to take it to the room because it "never comes back" and offered us plastic cups as replacement which is disappointing for a hotel and for the price paid. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not restocked prior to our arrival and the containers were empty. Overall, for the price paid, which is comparable to other hotels in the city, the services were disappointing. Would not return to the place.

Stayed here with my family for the New Year’s weekend celebrations. Checking in after the Eagles game on New Year’s Eve was a little hectic but Donovan at the front desk was still extremely kind, pleasant, and very helpful with my questions on parking with the package I had booked for the weekend. The room was gorgeous and we had a great view of the Mummers parade! The room we stayed in was beautiful but could have used little extra love from the vacuum cleaner and some windex on the windows. The kitchenette did not come stocked with utensils for cooking or eating, but these were minor infractions of the overall stay. We will absolutely be staying here again and have decided it’s our New Year’s tradition from now on.

Really nice, inexpensive place to stay in the city! Right in the middle of everything the location was great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! They thought of everything in getting myself one of those Bluetooth mirrors like in the bathroom and the beds were so comfortable! I love how the whole place was music themed so close to the Academy of Music! And decorated so nice for Christmas! Loved it!

I had the best stay at this hotel! The front desk was friendly, nice and helpful. My room was very clean. I really liked the coffee bar they provided. The location of the hotel was great. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
