        This hotel has such nice staff but is truly disappointing to how poorly run down it is. Rooms need a complete make over. Super outdated and not very clean especially for the price we paid for the room. The front area when you come in is very nice looking. Debbie the manager is great! She really takes pride in her work. Food is ok, took a long time. There was a concert next door. So it is to be expected. Your bar and server staff is awesome! Woman with gray hair made us laugh non stop. She was super busy but still was able to try and accommodate every table. I also loved that the one bartender (dark brown hair) was coming out of the bar area to try and help her. That place filled up very quickly. I honestly don’t know how they do it with a smile like they all had!

        Perfect location for the Pens game. Bar/lobby was clean and bright. Rooms were a little dated but fine. My one complaint was we had 2 rooms and neither had hot water. The showers were a tad brisk to say the least!

        We stayed at the Cambria this past weekend. The lobby/bar/common areas are gorgeous and well-kept. No issues there! The room, however, was in well below acceptable condition for the cost of staying and parking here. There was what looked like a milkshake spilled all over the couch/pull out bed and carpet underneath that clearly had not even been attempted to be cleaned from the previous guest(s). Additionally, our shower had a concerning amount of mold growing around the shelf fixtures. It is definitely concerning that a previous guest could make a spill this large that would go completely unnoticed by the housekeeping staff.

        $300 for one night plus $32 parking? For the state of these rooms that is a RIP OFF. The carpet was so dirty. Bathroom had hair all over it. Our bed had hairs in it so obviously the sheets were not changed. Which is DISGUSTING!!! Not enough outlets to charge electronics, hello we’re in 2024? Everyone has cell phones to charge. The parking lot ticket scanners don’t work. They say the room key paper holder should open the gate but it did not. They tried to modernize this place, but failed miserably. Save your money and go elsewhere! I’m never returning and I’ll be spreading the word.

        Whew, where do I begin? Most of the staff was friendly. The rooms were extremely outdated, and had VISIBLE carpet stains. They don’t put garbage bags in their garbages, which is gross. They are extremely understaffed. I watched the front desk person empty towels in the pool area. A maintenance man was doing housekeeping. I walked past a garbage bag in the hallway 3 days in a row. My room key was constantly resetting. In one instance Jim Mason was at the front desk. He was helping someone check in, which I patiently waited. Once he was finished, he didn’t acknowledge me, and proceeded to help another guest that walked in, as I stood there in my bathing suit unable to access the pool. He stated I had to wait because “he had to walk away from the desk.” Which was not true at all. After going in the pool and getting help from Abdul, I wanted to ask Jim why he would completely disregard the fact that I was next to be helped? While I was speaking, he kept saying “ok, ok, ok.” Clearly not listening. I felt discriminated against, and called customer service, as he was HIGHLY unprofessional, immature, and refused to listen. If staff doesn’t believe me, they can look at their cameras. Another staff member named Debbie was equally rude. She never greeted me as I exited or entered the building. Her demeanor was cold, and bothered. I felt uncomfortable as a guest. When I checked out, I found out they charged me for parking in front of the hotel! When I called the front desk as I took my children to the room, and assured them as I got settled, I’d move my car. Debbie personally came and told me my car was causing a fire hazard, and needed to be moved. Which I did. Again, another reason why I felt discriminated against, and unwelcome. I was also charged for something I paid cash for, in which I instructed them to view their cameras. Bar staff, maintenance, and housekeeping (which I saw 1 housekeeper in the entire building) were the nicest. It’s unfortunate that anyone would have to experience such rudeness, especially since we are customers. It makes sense why the hotel is failing. The overall feel is very low budget, and unkempt. I would never stay in this hotel again, and wish I read reviews ahead of time. I was checked in, experiencing a tough moment in life, and they definitely didn’t give me the decency I deserved as a paying guest. I’d give them 0 stars, but the food was good, and bar staff was friendly. I chose this hotel for the jacuzzi, and wish I would’ve simply chose hotel indigo instead. They must do better in customer service and diversity training!! The staff is insensitive and CLEARLY bias! I will be contacting their GM, and corporate. If you cannot afford to run a top tier hotel in all ways, SHUT IT DOWN!!!!! Parking was $32/night for guests, where do they do that? Unbelievable experience. I time stamped the garbage on the floor, so you can understand how long it sat there. 🤮

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
