        I can't give it any stars because the apartments didn't exist at the address advertised. We couldn't contact anyone associated with the booking so unfortunately we had to find costly emergency accommodation. Don't in anyway make a booking at Camden Market apartments 🙄

        Misrepresentation all around. Do not stay here, they don't even give you the apartment that you see pictures of when you book. The address is not the address. Prepare to walk at least 15 to 20 minutes from the original location you thought you booked.

        The address is not accurate. They don't mention anywhere that this is a reference only. Rooms are dirty and staff is not helpful. We stayed with no hot water or heat. Just left a really bad taste in my mouth for my experience in London.

        I can't give it any stars because the apartments didn't exist at the address advertised. We couldn't contact anyone associated with the booking so unfortunately we had to find costly emergency accommodation. Don't in anyway make a booking at Camden Market apartments 🙄

        The address is not accurate. They don't mention anywhere that this is a reference only. Rooms are dirty and staff is not helpful. We stayed with no hot water or heat. Just left a really bad taste in my mouth for my experience in London.

        First off, the address listed is not and i repeat, NOT the address for the apartment. When we got to the office to check in for 3 nights, i was told on the 3rd day I would need to change apartments. I was not informed earlier and traveling with a 3,7,78, and 85 year old, packing 2nd night and then again to check out was very very inconvenient. Also we had no hot water or heat in the 2nd location. It was 40 degrees and super cold. When we informed the hotel they sent someone by the time we were ready to check out. To make matters worse they told us that it was probably our fault that the power to the water heater was turned off. Avoid at all cost, go to a different location. The staff is not understanding and just does not care.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
