St Pancras Suites are situated right across the road from St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Staying there with my family was extremely convenient. We had easy access to many wonderful cafe’s and restaurants. In addition it was easy to get to many of London’s famous sites by public transport. The staff were very kind and friendly and we were always greeted with a warm smile and familiar chat. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for an overnight stay near St. Pancras/King's Cross Stations. We stayed for less than 24 hours in a 2 bed suite. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a quick overnight visit. It was very clean the beds were comfortable, internet was fast and it was very quiet. It reminded me of staying in a nice apartment complex.

The St Pancras Suites was a great choice for our family’s recent holiday in London. Proximity to the King’s Cross and St Pancras stations is ideal, an easy walk even with luggage. Our suite with a king bed and two singles, plus kitchenette and bathroom, was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Service at the hotel was top notch. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect, waking up and going straight to the station with ease. The service is friendly and incredibly helpful - I needed a toothbrush and a phone charger and they immediately bought them to my room. Also very peaceful and I had a great night’s sleep. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room as well as a mini kitchen with a microwave, cutlery and plates which I didn’t need but could be really handy. There was also an iron and hairdryer, and the tv plays YouTube videos too. Will definitely be staying here again, very nice place!

We arrived at 9pm at the hotel. The front office asked to pay for the room straight away. After he charged our card for £176 as requested for one night, he told us that the room was cancelled (So why did you charge me in the first place if the room is not available? What is this? You just want my money or what?) Then we talked to the what-so- called GM (as the front office told us) offering us to stay to the 3-star hotel next door (we booked 4-star hotel) and asked us pay another £23. They did not tell us that the hotel has no lift. And room when we enter smelled a very strong chemical that made us harly breathe for some time. And when we checked the Website, the price was £24 lower that what they charged us. Sincerity and honesty are critical in hospitality industry. We will never stay at this hotel again! And you can only fool us once!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
