        this hotel is at Haiphong. not at the city centre, at the end of city. basically it's a resort.the area is large. there's lot of amenities in this resort. there's one building for staying. but several complex such as gym, vip room etc are separate building. there's tennis court and big swimming pool. a karaoke is also there. spa, shops, fishing area are the attraction. the room rent is very affordable.

        We booked a room for May 2nd, 2018 that was supposed to be non smoking. The room smelled like a damp cigarettes. It was awful. We asked to change rooms and were advised that this room would be freshened up and there wouldn’t be any problem. We waited for housekeeping to show up. Their idea of freshening up the room was spraying an anti smoke aerosol mist in the room and were told to wait 15 minutes and everything would be okay. Mind you during this time we waited in the common hallway on that floor. 15 minutes went by and the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. No attempt was made to wash down the furniture or other areas where we would be in contact with. We were offered another room and that one smelled damp and had carpet stains and needed to be cleaned as housekeeping hadn’t time to clean it due to a late checkout I assume. Honestly it needed an overhaul not a cleaning. When we asked as to why we were unsuccessful at getting the non smoking room we booked we were told that the hotel caters to many Korean businessmen and that they smoke. This is simply no excuse. In our opinion this hotel should advertise in capital letters “THIS IS A SMOKING ONLY HOTEL” We ended up booking a room at another hotel and had an amazing experience there. We hope this review helps with your decision making.

        Facilities are quite dated, driving range isnt great. You aren’t able to rent anything. Our room also smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The hotel had a strange vibe to it.

        English was a bit a problem. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Pool area was slightly run-down. The location is far from nice in between industrial estates.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
