My parents stayed for almost two months and the experience was very good. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. They also have exquisite decoration, like the rest of the accommodation. They have everything you need to spend a long stay. The treatment received is ten. They have been charming and attentive, helping us with everything. It is a close and friendly treatment, very professional, where they have taken care of every detail. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room layout was spacious and included a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, and a rice cooker. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Within the surrounding vicinity there are plenty cafes and restaurants to choose from. Alternatively you could order things through the Grab app. Highly Recommended!

The location is so good. Just about 5 minutes walking to shopping malls and city center. We spent one night at a hotel in the Old Quarter center but it was so noisy then we decided to book at Camellia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice with all the facilities needed (free wifi, washing machine, dryer…). I would highly recommend Camellia for your trip to Hanoi.

I booked Camellia Residence Hanoi based on reviews I read and so glad I did. The apartment is very spacious, bed is comfortable, clean bathroom and there's even a washer and dryer! It’s not in the Old Quarter but it's not far away either. I didn't realize the Queen bed apartment has no view (except a rock wall) but the apartment is so nice it didn't matter. Highly recommended!

What a great hotel to stay in HaNoi, Camellia! The room was cleared. All staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
