We stayed here over a Saturday night as we had 2 Rugby World Cup matches to see on the Saturday and Sunday at the Matmut Stadium. The location was perfect, just a 10 min walk to the venue. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We ate in the onsite restaurant and the buffet dinner was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old and the cleanning could be better. The rooms are not particulary good. However, my bad rating comes from the service. I spend there 5 nights and during my stay I was without power supply in my room for about 24 hours. No one from the hotel approached me to say something or give some explanation. After that long time without electricity, I went to the receptionist to ask. I couldn't charge my electronic devices and needed to work on the computer. The only solution they gave me was to use one of the couches of the lobby as my office. When I suggested to move to a different room, they were not kin to that. Fortunately, the personnel fixed the problem moments later. I gave 2* because the breakfast was decent.

A good place to stay when having conferences nearby. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and had all the basics. Instant coffee was surprisingly tasty and very convenient to have when waking up.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
