Dirty, dirty, dirty. Avoid in any cost unless you want to sleep in dirty bed sheets. They clearly don't change bed linen after every guest. We needed to change room 3 times till we found clean bed without no hair after previous guests. And to be specific 3rd room was also dirty and dusty but at least bed linen looked ok. We stayed one night and it was one night to much. It is a shame as a hotel looks modern. Also service not very welcoming as at first we needed to wait for receptionist around 10 min and after receiving the room and calling the reception to complain about mess, we heard very unsatisfied answer 'what we can do?'. There was no shame or any apology that they offer dirty rooms. All in all disgusting place. Be ready to find strangers hair and dirt all over the room.

Hotel was very dirty both in common areas and inside room. Pissed toilet seat and used bedsheets covered in body air welcomed us. We requested for a cleaner room and staff upgraded us to a better and cleaner room. Room facilities and building materials looks very cheap once there, while from the picture online hotel seems fine. So we were pretty disappointed. The power sockets are a fire azard, cables in our room were outside the wall and looked not safe at all. Corridor in our floor was full of garbage, q-tips and plastic bottles on the floor together with other garbage was never cleaned or picked up during the few days we stayed at the hotel. Elevator greasy and dirty. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

Great value for money. Spacious room and bed, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast, attentive service, good location, plenty of taxis in front of the hotel.

The hotel lacks management and quality control. The reception is chaotic and there is little coordination between receptionists though the young lady at reception was very friendly and kind. I stayed in approximately 600 hotels in my life and I never experienced that the bed sheets only cover four fifths of the length of the bed mattress as is the case at the Campanile Mechtel Tunis hotel ! The low quality kettle had rust in it (a health hazard) and the only mug available in the room was chipped (incredibly it seems a previous guest feasted on it or perhaps the staff actively create these dents and breaks so guests call them to replace the mug and they stand a chance to avail of a tip). The windows were filthy which is a real shame as it is so easy to clean them and create a positive atmosphere (it would take 4 to 5 minutes). There are some substandard eateries in the area (both in terms of food quality and hygiene) but this is common in Tunisia. The immediate vicinity can be described as a slum because of the amount of garbage and human and animal faeces that is not removed by the municipality and is abundant starting from a distance of 30 meters from the hotel gates. This is possibly why the area has its fair share of flies.

I've passed 3 nights for a business trip in Tunis in this hotel. It is placed in a popolar quarter of Tunis town, the environmnet is caothic but inside the rooms you not heard it. There's a big car park out of the hotel. The rooms are big and there are all the services that you need, though the cleaning has to be improved. The breakfast is various but it is nothing of special. The front office staff were so kind and the gym is enough for a couple of exercises.
