        Edit.. after I checked out I locked my keys in the boot of my car and I cannot compliment the staff of this hotel enough. We chilled in the restraunt whilst the staff gave my nephew juice and let us play with the toys to keep him occupied. Seriously, after a terrible situation, they did everything to make us comfortable!!!!! Love this hotel.. I brought my nephew who happens to be autistic to enjoy Liverpool.. he kept grabbing the lights while we were checking in and the staff were so understanding. All the receptionists we can across were lovely.. breakfast was lush xx can’t say enough for how accommodating they all were xxx

        The hotel is very conveniently located for the events happening at the arena and conference centre and is located close to the docks and a short walk or bus trip from Liverpool One. The hotel rooms are basic and dated and limited in the number of power sockets with none next to the bed. That said, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would happily stay here again and the main reason for that is the staff. The staff at the Campanile were just brilliant and couldn't do enough to help myself and my colleagues. My group were probably more demanding than some due to disabilities but nothing was a problem or too much trouble for the staff. The only thing I would like to see as a priority would be some more accessible rooms.

        Dockside room had a good view and was quiet. The room was quite small but fine for us. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom and entrance meant no corridor noise. Parking was fine. Easy stroll to Albert Dock, Pier Head etc so great location. Checking in and out was simple. Didn't use the bar/restaurant so can't comment about them. Overall a good value but budget hotel.

        This Hotel is run very well and we were here a year and a half and the only complaint that we have is that the menu is very plain and is seemingly only fast food style food. This was quite disappointing. Peter on the night staff was fairly non responsive. The lady with the pink hair on reception is great and always very helpful. It would be great if the menu could be changed, other than that a very clean and cosy Hotel. Central to all amenities and great for the Albert Dock, Mersea boat trips and all your shopping needs. We will see you again soon. Give the young lady with the pink hair a rise as she has got what it takes to go far in the Hotel industry.

        Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent full english to order the "continental buffet" was limited, but the hot drinks were good. It did cost £10 per person extra. Parking was on site and convenient. The room was basic, no frills. So if, like us, you just needed somewhere to crash and go, it would do, although I've paid less for better quality room in central London.
