Good quality for the price. Rooms temperature always too high.. Difficult to sleep in for noise, wall very thin and room temperature (24 degrees if you don’t sleep with the windows open)

We stayed here last month while in Munich, and our experience has been excellent. The room is new, modern and very clean, and is reasonably sized. We love that parking is very convenient in the garage behind, as well as easy access to the grocery store downstairs as well as public transit close by. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel when we visit the city again!

Good location, you can get to any most popular Munich attraction in 15-20 min by car. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, everyday cleaning is good. There is a supermarket on the first floor which is VERY convenient. Pet friendly! The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that the rooms doesn’t have electric cattle so you can’t make a tea or coffee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
