Although I also have a pet I couldn't accept sitting on the seats during breakfast. Also a lot of dust inside the rooms. We had an issue with the breakfast that I have booked but it was finally solved. Reception was excellent. Nice location near the center

The rooms are tiny but well equipped. Service is exceptional with incredibly friendly and NICE people. Kitchen & Bar is a win : great food with a sauce of loving attention that charmed us. There were several vegan options!!! This is a hotel catering for business people so it's not great for tourists visiting Amsterdam but we were happy to have made this mistake😊🙏

This hotel, very often, does not give back the deposit of 50euro per persons. After now 8 months, many calls & many emails without reply or silly replies I am today filling a complain at the ECC (European Consumer Center). I advise everybody in this situation to do the same, apparently they can manage those things and retaliate non honest companies like this hotel
