Stayed in 3 days Clean room and bathroom- it appears they were recently renovated. The gentleman at the reception was kind and efficient and we felt welcomed. The place is located about 5-7minute walking distance from Roma Termini station. Highly recommend to give this place a go.

My wife and I stayed four nights and everything was excellent. Only 7 mins walk from Termini station which is very convenient. All the staffs speak perfect English so we have no problem of communication. The room was clean too. There were some seagulls flying nearby so at night you might hear their noises, but it is not hotel's fault. You can find two CONAD supermarkets nearby (one at Termini) so you can get things easily if you want to

5-10 minute walk from train station. Very friendly staff, and you cannot beat that view for the price. Room was clean and the shower was hot. I highly recommend.

The hotel was far from luxurious but the prices in Rome are just crazy. Taking this into account, I would say that the relation between the price and the quality in this case was just great. The room was clean, there was enough space, a nice view through the window, close to the city center. The only minus is that the cleaners were very noisy in the mornings and woke me up multiple times.

A pleasant stay at a modern hotel. Location - Good location. Walking distance from the Roma Termini train station with medium-sized pieces of luggage. Don't be put off by the surrounding area as the entrance is located in an alley, it's safe and easy to locate. You could walk to places of interest, but we opted to take taxis due to time and the summer heat. Taxi fares/rides were reasonable for getting to all the main areas of interest. There were also multiple good food options and convenience stores around within walking distance. Rooms - Clean and spacious rooms. The only area for improvement is that 1) the room did not have a mini-fridge (helpful for the summer heat in July) and the safe was not working, and 2) we did not have much of a view as what I was expecting from the pictures, but both were minor and did not affect our stay. Service - The receptionist/manager also provided good service and was helpful. We did not opt for breakfast as we chose to eat at nearby cafes. Overall, it was comfortable, spacious, safe and allowed us a good night's rest. I would stay here again especially if they provided us with a room with a better view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
