Located right in the heart of Rome’s cobblestone district, it’s a great place to stay. The service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and staircase are pretty tight, so keep this in mind if you’ve mobility issues or are carrying lots of luggage. The breakfast room has snacks available all day too, a nice little perk.

The first 2 nights we couldnt sleep because of the loud noises the a/c fans were making outside the rooms.Fortunately, we were able to switch rooms for the other nights.Both rooms were really really dusty and not properly cleaned.The bed cover was covered in all kinds of stains and has turned yellow (from white)…The sheets and pillowcases also had some stains.Also there was not enough space to open your luggage in the rooms.The breakfast was better than expected.The location was great.Overall it was definitely overpriced for what we got.

This place was amazing. Our family booked the apartment they offer, as we stayed in Rome for a wedding outside the city. After research, I heard the Campo de' Fiori area was the place to be. I am SO glad I did. The apartment was an authentic, rustic, Italian style apartment and made us really feel the Italian vibes of staying here. It was also very roomy for us to stay as a family of 4. Viola was great greeting us and being in constant contact if we had any questions. For those booking, make sure you download WhatsApp before you arrive, as all the instructions to get inside the building will be on there-- I didn't check before I got there but was able to get inside to check in. This place is in a perfect walking location.

We (couple) stayed here in early March 2023 for two nights. Fantastic location. We walked to all major sights. Perfect walking distance also to the nice restaurants in Trastevere. Room was very nice, clean, and quiet. Very friendly staff. We would return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
