We only went for sunset drinks and dinner. The place is gorgeous , the garden is also perfect , and the view and sunset are priceless. Our food was also delicious. However I think the staff needs a bit of training in services. We had a table booked for 6 but when we arrived no one was expecting us. Also we stand there in the entrance for 3mn with the staff around us but no one acknowledged us or talk to us so we took a table outside. Great table with an amazing view. We Didn’t get a menu for 20mm once sat down… then waited another 27 mn for drinks to arrive so eventually after 47mn we finally got some drinks …. Seems a bit extreme for only few others guests in house. Every time we wanted to order more wine , no one was around so we just went each time to the counter to order, a bit odd for a restaurant inside a 4 star hotel. We ordered wine but glasses came later and also were left at the end of the table not in front of each guests, same with the cutlery packs. Everything just seems very amateur and it is not the experience we have witnessed anywhere else so far in Cape Town. Never mind we had a lovely dinner in a stunning surrounding but a tiny bit of training for some of the staff would help them understand customer service and make the entire experience a better one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking view that this resort had to offer. Nestled in the midst of nature's beauty, the scenic vistas were simply mesmerizing. It truly felt like a paradise on Earth. The staff at this resort were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the manager. She was always available and eager to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. The on-site spa was a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Always a pleasure to come to this location. I loved it so much when Himitsu was here - best restaurant coupled with the best views, you can’t go wrong! It would be worth going for the sunset at the new restaurant, Lily’s .

Where to start. I tried to book for the spa for a couples package. I emailed bookings, as well as the spa directly. No response. I then called the spa to follow up, in which the call was near to inaudible, completely rude and unhelpful telling me that I must just wait and they will reply to my email. A few days later, no reply to the email, so I call again. They say they will book me in for the couples package (which they barely knew the details of what it was) and send me a confirmation email. Of course, no confirmation email was sent. I tried to call today to CANCEL my booking, and the phone was put down on me twice. Truly unbelievable.

Went there for lunch. Tiniest crunch salad and an indifferent toasted cheese. Spurs do a better job. The setting is stunning though and the staff was attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
