This review will be difficult because at one time I loved this location but now it’s home to many homeless people. The hotel is in a great location but the people that frequent the parking lot, lobby, bathrooms and so on is what is lowering my score. The front desk staff were fine. The hotel is clean with decent rooms. Do not get a room by the elevator as it’s extra noisy. The hallways were extremely noisy also by very loud people and dogs barking all the time. I had a fantastic young lady from the Ukraine who checked me out on a Sunday morning and she was so very cheerful and smiley. A pleasure to encounter. This seems like a place that many stay at when in the city for medical trips. Also great for kids it seems. Just wasn’t my cup of tea.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice but could use an update. The food from the restaurant is good and staff were wonderful, and even made sure a pack n play was waiting at our room before we went up :)

The pool chlorine smell was very very strong to the point where it burned the back of the throat and burned eyes. Rooms are outdated and smelled funky when you first walk in. The cigarette/ weed smell wrenched the whole place. The staff is friendly must say that, but if you want to have a calm, relaxing, safe feeling hotel. Stay somewhere else.

Stay here lastnight. With my kids paid over 220.00 for our room was woken up this morning to someone banging which sounded like they were hammering something made a complaint to the front desk. As well as the guy beside me but nothing was done. The pool area is nice but after sitting In there for 30 mins my eyes were burning. There's no staff in the pool area at all. The water slide was packed and kids were going down back to back with kids landing on top of each other I'm surprised no one was hurt. Don't think we will be staying here again

I booked a hotel for the night specifically because I wanted to swim. The pool was spacious and the slide was gorgeous! A big note was that the chlorine was TOO strong to the point I, along with quite literally everybody else (mostly young children), was coughing and hacking simply because the air circulation was not good. My two nieces and I had an extremely rough time breathing and could not last 30 minutes in the area and had to leave to get fresh air. Other than that, I was pleasant to find out that they do check-in calls, something I had never experienced before. The lady on the phone enthusiastically greeted us and asked if we found everything all right. I don’t know if this is normal — definitely isn’t for me — and I appreciated it greatly. It’s hard to maintain that enthusiastic energy after a long day at work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
