Amazing luxury hotel. Staff are so friendly, polite and helpful, simply can't fault them. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious. Breakfast plentiful. We had breakfast in bed a couple times and all hot. Would 100% recommend and return. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had an excellent experience at Canal House. They were aware of our early arrival and did their best to accommodate us after a very long day of travel. The entire team here was top notch trying to help at every opportunity. The room was so cozy - my only problem was that the AC wasn't adjustable from the room, so it felt a little too hot in there at night. The property is lovely and in a nice, quieter part of the city that is still an easy walk to many attractions for tourists. Would love to return here in the future and recommend to others.

We booked a one night stay here after disembarking our river cruise. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and welcomed with a refreshing drink. As we were several hours ahead of actual check in, they stored our bags for us and we explored Amsterdam. They emailed us when our room was ready which was very thoughtful. When we arrived our bags were in our room already. Our room was large, with a king bed, large screen TV and wall to wall picture window. The window had a view of two large screens painted with scenes of old Amsterdam in black and white, that hid us from other windows that opened onto the air shaft. The WC had its own door while the full bathroom did not, but it was separated from the sleeping area by a wall. While the decor was very dark, I actually liked it. I found it made the features they highlighted , like the large window and sleek modern bathroom fixtures, stand out more. The dining room is a decent size with seating for about 30 or so for a free buffet breakfast. The pastries were good as was the coffee. The cold meats and cheese were also good. There were a few things I found difficult for me. One was that there is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs to the second floor rooms are narrow, steep and curved. The are also quite dark. As are the second floor halls. Anyone with mobility issues or limited vision may have difficulty here. Other than that, this was a very clean place and we had a comfortable stay. It is in walking distance to many restaurants , shops and museums. It also has a delightful courtyard in back with gardens, ponds and a gazebo tea house. We found the staff and management to be very friendly and helpful

Just idyllic and fabulous in every way. It's location, character and the immense charm and care of it's amazing team, make it THE place to stay in Amsterdam. My third visit, and just wonderful. Thank you all, its just like coming to a second home. Happy Christmas and let's hope 2024 is fabulous.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
