We stayed here for 10 nights and it was perfect for us, good location, close to the beach, close to restaurants and the host is amazing! She always helped us, even paying for our Sim cards when we needed from her account and then we reimbursed her. You can rent motorbikes at good price, do the laundry and enjoy the shade of the bungalows. The food at the restaurant is very good and convenient. Highly recommended!

We didn’t stay at the bungalows as our stay was down the street. We noticed after two nights that this place was always full and busy. The Canary restaurant was honestly the best food we’ve had since arriving in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly attentive, they felt so warming and welcoming. They made incredible recommendations, they cleared everything when it was done, and reset when we ordered something else. My husband had the rice and spring roll combination, and the gentleman referred to the mango salad with charred shrimp. Both dishes were outstanding. The prices were soooo incredible compared to everything on the strip and just overall an incredible dinner and evening. We’re sad that this is our last night, because we would come again and again. 10/10 recommend.

It's in the middle of the nature. Quite, peaceful and away from all of the distortion. The staff are very friendly and very helpful 😀 they do everything for you to have a great rest. Rooms has everything. Air conditioner was good, washing machine was working well. I guess only the mini kitchens may need some improvements but that was fairly ok for us. Don't miss the see the giant fish at the entrance pool. The swimming pool is also enough both for kids and adults.

the location is good, so I can easily find many restaurants and other services in walking distance. Bus/car from tour agency can easily pick me up. Bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. You can order food from the reception desk. The host was really hospitable and supportive. Even the dog living at the hotel was friendly and nice to me :) Very cute. Recommended!

BEST RESTAURANT ON THE ISLAND! We didn’t stay here but we came to eat everyday for 3 weeks! Food is great, place is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. Come here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
