Even the hotel space is small, i feel comfortable stay here. Clean and the owner was polite to me. I will come again later, I transfer from the “dirty hotel” to this hotel last minute plan, actually full room,but Thank god the owner accept me and still want to find me the other room.(This hotel is rather good than T hotel ,T hotel not recommended for family with kids because dirty lift , room & the window is not safety for kids)

we booked for the family room and the room was quite spacious . super comfy and the room is oso clean . they oso provide small fridge in my room although i'm unsure whether every room has it . what i didn't liked was that we only have one socket for use , the other was used for the fridge and the other ... was located in a quite unsafe place which is the bathroom lol i hope the hotel would provide socket covers for socket in bathrooms to avoid unwanted things . staffs were super helpful and polite . wifi sometimes lags but it wasn't a big deal . every floor has a water dispenser and an ironing board . the location is quite strategic . got lots of eating and shopping places nearby this hotel

This place is very strategic for people who wants to shop in Jalan TAR (Tuanku Abdul Rahman), get the tren to other places. However if u plan to use Grab, its hard during sunday because they have a free car day. Plan ur travels when u plan to go back on Sunday if u're considering to stay here.

The location is good for the shoppers but the accomodation needs to improve like the room aircon, the power plug not function (room 413) cannot recharge the handphone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
