I recently stayed at the Canberry Hotel and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I hit the lobby, I felt immediately welcomed by the staff. They were extremely accommodating throughout my stay - especially at check-in and check-out. They were also eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The Canberry Hotel itself was incredibly clean and modern. I could tell the guests were a priority - the rooms were spacious, and the beds were oh-so comfortable. The hotel also had a great service, which was very enjoyable during my visit. Overall, I had an incredible time at the Canberry Hotel. From its modern decor to its friendly staff, this was by far one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent vacation experience.

Checked 2 families in for a couple of days. The prices were at a promo and they say will last through 2018! That makes a big difference. Friendly staff even the guard outside! Presentable room and our guests found it satisfactory. There was a problem with the reservation and receipt of money that apparently didn't appear or reflected with their system. A rather amusing event considering hotels use practically the same user friendly software unless it was human error which is very much likely.

just got a mistake in reservation date, I rapidly reported to the hotel in few minute but I did not get any refund so I spent two folds money to live this worse hotel one night. terrible noise no tooth brush no water worse service, because I wait for long time in preparing my rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
