Good place to stay. This is the 3rd hotel I have tested in Tokyo and the rooms are a bit more large than expected. The Onsen on the last floor is really cool with a nice view (even if a bit less spectacular than expected) but still pleasant. The neighbourhood is cool with a lots of restaurants and a lots of places to visit.

I have stayed at many hotels in Tokyo over the years and this has hands down been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, the lobby smells like the worst body odor I have ever smelt. It is unbearable. Second, we asked for them to make up our sofa bed for us. They claimed they were on their way and never completed the task. Finally, we asked if we could check out a few minutes past check out time (one of our group members is pregnant and needed a little more time) and they wanted to charge us 2200 yen for 10 minutes. The rooms are clean but mediocre. For 40000 Yen a night I would expect a little better. Do not recommend.

Awful experience. Been to Japan 20+ times and this is the first time I found a cockroach in my room 😡😡😡 I requested them to make restaurant reservation before arrival but they turned me down due to no-show by tourist. I understood so I waited until I checked in. Then the call didn’t get through but they refused to follow up unless I am at the front desk. It’s not unreasonable but not great hospitality (as other hotels that I stayed would do it for me). Location-wise is close to Metro station which is convenient but you definitely have other choices for this price.

Great hotel, great amenities, great location. I booked this for my bestie and myself same day when we had to change our plans due to the typhoon. It ended up being such a great place to stay. We could see Tokyo Tower from our room. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was bigger than usual for a Japanese pod bathroom, and the AC was so powerful. The hotel is located near Roppongi station and a Family Mart. The central location made it easy to get around Tokyo via train and bus. The hotel is close to Azabu-Juban as well if you plan to visit the real life neighborhood of Sailor Moon. We used the onsen on our last night and it was lovely. The spa has an open roof so you can watch the clouds go by as you soak. The staff, by default, will replace trash cans and towels for an "eco clean" which I really enjoyed, but you can request do not disturb or full cleaning via magnets on your door. The breakfast buffet was good but we found getting breakfast sets at the nearby Daimon station Denny's to be more bang for our buck. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Tokyo.

The Hotel is well located and Easy to reach from Roppongi Station, Exit 3. Korean staff are very kind. Downside is breakfast and bad smell from a shower curtain

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
