Convenient hotel 5-10min walk from Shimbashi station. Enter via side street. The room was quite a good size, the bathroom was compact all in one with the toilet. The bed was large, very firm but we slept well. Some noise could be heard from lobby in the floor above, but not too bad. Helpful front staff who made a restaurant reservation and stored luggage. The rooftop bath was small but relaxing

Hotel location is very good but rooms are extremely small. One bed only for the 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids. I don't understand how reception thought that's ok to squeeze all 4 us in a double size bed. They were unable to book us in a bigger room or even one with 2 beds. Would not recommend for families.

The rooms are quite compact and might feel cramped for groups larger than four, and the beds are fairly firm. However, the staff is accommodating and responsive to requests and queries. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and worth trying once, but I wouldn't opt for it again. The spa experience, on the other hand, was great.

Fantastic value, fun location with easy access to station and other areas of Tokyo. We really like the rooftop spa at this price point. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a ton of options, especially if you enjoy Japanese breakfast options like we do.

Very nice hotel, with ease of transportation. Lobby is on the 11th floor. Breakfast was included in our rooms. Washer and dryer are available but hard to get time with. Our AC was hard to manage, seemed it was either too hot or too cold. But we've run into that at other hotels too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
