If we hadn't paid upfront, I would instantly change hotels. This place is not a 3 star hotel. The photos depict a nicer place but this is run down and has a true dirty feel. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the bathrooms have a feel of a porta loo, a kettle and two cups but no spoon, tea or coffee. The food was terrible and you eat in a cafeteria. So many people crammed in that they have no choice but to brush up against you when they walk past and you are sitting. All whilst coughing and splattering. To get to the cafeteria and back to the hotel you need to walk out a door that leads outside and in through another. This also happens to be the smokers area so you literally are walking yourself and children through a toxic smoke cloud. That to me was a tipping point as consideration for others health and choice not to be exposed to smoke is nonexistent. Oh, they only give you one key per room despite asking for a second so you can never go too far from each other as you risk one person not getting back into the room. I can't actually find much positive aside from convenient location to the train system. It is just really really terrible.

We stayed here for 5 days to celebrate Christmas 2023, in Tokyo. The experience is excellent from service to food quality at buffet breakfast. Location is great, it is few minutes steps to the train station under Yamanote Line that goes around Tokyo. We will be back here.

I know this is Tokyo but our room was ridiculously small. 2 connected single beds is not enough for 2 adults and 2 children. For a single or couple room would be fine. Location is excellent.

Not recommend. I don’t know for how long they did not clean the carpet. It smells so bad and I still remember that smell, worse. Staffs were kind but that was not all. I stayed here for 4nights. I thought I will have a room with city view as it written on agoda but as you see all I was looking at was the wall with full off air conditioner engines. It even doesn’t worth the money I gave, since I had experiences at different hotels in Japan before, this was the worst. Apparently they even do not use the disposal slippers, they gave you slippers even the pairs are not same to each other. I don’t know how many thousand of people wore the same slippers before. Oh Lord please help me to forget that smell.

I know this is Tokyo but our room was ridiculously small. 2 connected single beds is not enough for 2 adults and 2 children. For a single or couple room would be fine. Location is excellent.

Just near jr uguisudani station, 200m Subway a little bit far.. Takes 7 minutes to walk.. The room is small.. We book for twin room, and we get two single bed joint in one.. Without space between them.. Its small room..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
