        I have to first thank Nancy and Indu for their kindness, their professionalism and the fact that they went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They truly are the examples of what Customer Service means. All the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenence, they were all very friendly and that goes a long way. I've stayed here before and while I knew there were laundry facilities, I didn't know they were free of charge. I've never, in all my years of traveling, seen free laundry. This place is great!! My room was clean, roomy, full size fridge and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in San Diego. Thank you all for your exceptional service and again, a big thank you to Nancy and Indu. You both are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!!!

        Horrible experience. Never again. First, pick up all that horrible trash furniture in front of your hotel, that is so disgusting you should be embarrassed. The room was dirty, no heat in one of the rooms. None of the light switches worked, we had to manually turn on and off each lamp as needed. Bathrooms were so dirty, we could not take showers because the showers were too gross. This is a MOTEL, the rooms are very, very old rm118, the room had bad odors and there was graffiti on windows. Never again, Never again.

        I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candlewood Inn and Suites in San. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating in every way. They made me feel very at home. The suite I stayed in was incredibly tidy and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch and included a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a large flatscreen TV. The hotel also had a nice gym and a hotub, which was great for unwinding after a long day. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. All in all, staying at the Candlewood Inn and Suites was an incredibly pleasant experience. The property was clean and safe, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

        Staff was awesome to us. They kept the room clean. We had a studio with a kitchenette. Perfect size for us. The location is pretty central to everything. The pet area is way too small. Parking was ten dollars a night per vehicle.

        Under current remodel, so if your pulling a trailer, parking is an adventure. Rooms were wonderful. Front desk was kind and helpful. Would definatly recommend!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
