Location is great, walking distance to West Lake and a number of fancy shopping malls. A very new property (since 2020?), hence room is well designed and equipped with digital controls and gadgets, and a few US outlets. Breakfast service is awesome, a wide selection of food. Kind and helpful staff, they offered loan adaptors, paper tote bags, one time socks, etc.

Everything about the hotel and the room is FUNKY - the main door to the hotel, the decor in the room, the lights, the colour scheme (orange, white, grey, black), the handles of the drawers, the toilet seat, the Dyson hairdryer. I think in some places, the hotel tries too hard to be different to the point that it’s a bit user-unfriendly. The toilet is the most high tech funky!! Great location, walking distance to West Lake. So why not a five star? It is overpriced.

Very pretty Hotel, very new, clean, lots of cool vibes. Service team is good. As a diamond, got upgrades to loft room. Huge but not the best as bed as on the 2nd floor and everything else on the 1st level. Breakfast variety was pretty small and half buffet with a menu that you can order from. Close to West lake, 5 min walk. Location on Google map was incorrect.

Not located next to the lake as shown on Google maps. Therefore not worth the price premium (3x similar local chains). However, the hotel itself is nice and has cool inside. Don't pay extra for the lake view. It is far.

50% of the front staff is incompetent. The rooms are new and high tech. Favorite part of the room is the bathroom. The toilet seat is heated, and it automatically flushes!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
