Great location near the Eiffel Tower, the rooftop is amazing especially the view (see photo). Rooms were nicely sized and everything was very clean. As a Diamond member, breakfast was included. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had at a Hilton. Staff was super friendly and we would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Easy 3 minute walk from the Trocadero metro stop. Rooms are very modern and clean, not to mention massive for Paris. We didn’t hear a single sound from the street or neighbors during our 3 day stay. Breakfast is very good, with a buffet as well as a la carte options. The view of the Eiffel Tower from directly outside the hotel is fantastic. We’ve stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera on past stays, this hotel is very different from that location but equally as nice.

Cannot say enough about how grateful we are to the warm and friendly hotel staff. The front desk helped us to find a doctor at 2am for our sick kid and saved our family vacation. Checked with us right after the doctor left to make sure we have all we need and even sent a gift stuffy for the sick little one to cheer her up. Our extended families took 2 rooms, one king bed room and one junior suite. Very modern, sleek interior design and the room is so spacious! The hotel beats our expectation all the ways. If there’s anything I personally had hoped it could be better is that they offer a refillable glass pitcher in room and you’ll have to get down to the lobby to for filtered water. But it’s a good little exercise and no one in my group complained about it. We’ll come back for our next stay in Paris.

Wonderful location near the Eiffel Tower and near the metro. We were able to get everywhere we needed to be either directly or with one transfer over. The staff were extremely kind and informative and our rooms were extremely comfortable! Breakfast was included as a gold member I believe which was delicious and a great way to start our day. Amazing stay overall and one of my new favorite Hilton experiences! Cannot wait to come back.

Canopy Paris Hotel: Chic Comfort with a Dash of Room Service Oversight At Canopy Paris Hotel, the rooms are a standout feature - spacious, spotlessly clean, and exuding a chic style. The check-in experience is made pleasant by the hotel’s warm and accommodating front desk staff, setting a positive tone for the stay. However, there was a noticeable slip in room service. An item we didn’t order, specifically a steak, appeared on our bill but was not on the tray. I raised this issue, and it took an additional 15 minutes for the staff to rectify the bill and bring a requested Coke Zero. Surprisingly, the Coke Zero was charged at 7 euros, despite the inconvenience. This wait unfortunately resulted in our initially ordered food getting cold. Overall, Canopy Paris delivers a great experience with its excellent location and luxurious rooms. My stay is a 4-star experience, primarily let down by the room service oversight. A little fine-tuning in service attention could elevate it to perfection.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
