This place was so wonderful! Dimitris was the most amazing host and really went above and beyond all expectations after a bad experience with a different hotel mismanaging a reservation. I told him at the time but truly mean he helped save my holiday! A true hero. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. They arranged to have my luggage moved. The view from the private hot tub was unbelievably beautiful! The personalized service will never be forgotten ❤️ I will certainly stay here in the future! Thank you to Dimitris and his team!

If we could give this place 6 stars we would. Beautiful cave-style suite situated in the heart of Oia. From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly thanks to Dimitri who runs the place. This is probably one of the rare few places where it looks better in real life than in photos. The hot tub/jacuzzi is of a very decent size and the room was exceptionally clean. Everyone is super friendly and accomodating too. The included breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of food. Highly highly highly recommend!! Thank you Dimitri and team :)

Amazing room with one of the best views from Oia. The hotel is right in the centre of the village so you can enjoy your walk on the streets. Dimitris is a great host, he provided us the information that we need and helped us with everything. Everything was wonderful.

Great accommodation located in the heart of Oia. Modern accommodation with an exclusive rooftop access and an amazing view on the sea. The breakfast was great, a-la-carte offering made of a choice of cold and hot beverages, bread & jam, yoghurt with fruits or granola, eggs and delicious Oreo & Nutella waffles. The staff was great, especially Dimitris who provided a 5 star service and accommodated all our requests. I highly recommend this place. Only drawback: poor wifi in the accommodation and not all accommodations have a hot tube access. Thanks guys!

This is a great place to stay in Oia. Very close to the blue domes and main street. Our suite had two bedrooms, two cave-style bathrooms and an outdoor jacuzzi. It was wonderful waking up to a panoramic view. Dimitris and his team were exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
