        I traveled to Puerto Rico for a family wedding. I reserved a room thru Expedia. The "hotel" collected the payment on the day of my check in. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. I arrived at the "hotel" almost at 8:00 p.m. The "hotel " was closed. It was a sign by the entrance with a phone number to call. I called, left a voicemail message. No one called me back. I called Expedia. I was on the phone for 1 hour. The Expedia representative also called, no one answered. Apparently, the "hotel" closed at 7:00 p.m. but I was never notified. I had to find a place to stay. The next day, the "hotel" collected the payment for the second night. Even though I didn't check in. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm waiting for my refund.

        We just got here at 2:00 this is a town called barranquita nice place the hotel is very beautiful no swimming pool but they have coffee refrigerators nice rooms we came here to stay for the night to go to to albonito today festivities music I'll post it later

        The best that can be said about the Canyon Hotel is that its a work in progress. For the positives; the hotel is extremely clean and the room was sound proof, the workers are very friendly and its located 9 minutes away from my mother's house, with a nice restaurant next door. The negatives; no hangers in the closet, no iron in the room (only one outside in the hallway, which placed under the coffee maker table), no TV in the bedroom (only 1 TV in the kitchen/breakfast nook room and it was only 20 inches), only two towels (we had to ask for more towels), no complementary toiletries (no free soaps, shampoo, etc.), no alarm clock on the nightstand, with only one night stand in the bedroom. Like I said earlier, its a work in progress, with the potential to be great! I will go here again, not only because of the proximity of the hotel to my mother's house, but because I feel that the hotel will continue to grow.

        Could be better, but not horrible. Improvements maybe fridge, microwave, mirrors and cofee maker in all rooms. There was no window in room or vent in bathroom and it was floor was slippery one occasion and the AC was turned 62, it felt like a fteezer, but otherwise moisture in room. I was stressed since I didn't hear back from hotel, there is an answering machine, but doesn't say hours of operation, so would recommend these upgrades. It did have WiFi, had a tv and separate beds, it was neat and clean, I enjoyed the quiet at night.

        Conveniently located near Barranquitas Downtown. This hotel is a converted Furniture Store. It has a restaurant on the premises. Check in experience was good and amicable. The hotel is clean and smells fresh. Rooms are spacious. The areas to be aware - no HOT water, noise from the restaurant and the hotel has no elevators.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
