We had a fantastic three night stay in October, on the first leg of our honeymoon. The room was really comfortable and lovely, and the staff were all absolutely brilliant - so helpful and friendly! We particularly enjoyed celebrating the Springbok rugby win with the hotel staff and with the staff at the adjoining restaurant next door. Although the hotel isn't by the waterfront, it has a great location in Kloof Street, and getting Ubers around the city is so easy.

Our stay was exceptionally to say the least - the Cape Cadogan is a beautiful colonial style building offering a modern, on trend decor - very fresh and appealing but yet warm & cozy. Situated in the buzz of the city, yet one has a sense of a neighborhood vibe. We were welcomed in true hospitality style - big smiles & we were offered complimentary drinks & homemade scones to get us relaxed while we completed our check-in. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking Table Mountain. The linen was of high quality & such a comfortable bed. The bathroom was heaven with fluffy white towels, gorgeous bath & a huge shower head & shower to compliment. Fabulous local guest amenities were also provided. A lovely touch was the Immune Booster Fizz which formed part of the mini bar, macarons, Nespresso Coffee Machine with fresh milk. An array of specialty Tea was also complimentary, part of the More Collection. Breakfast, lunch & dinner is served at their restaurant called Upper Union which is situated right next door to the Hotel. Absolutely superb food (small plates tapas style) - an explosion of flavors to please all palettes. The breakfast was just as good - all fresh & seasonal, cooked to perfection. Service was also 10/10 both during our dinner & breakfast service. I highly recommend this property to any traveler visiting out Mother City of Cape Town. It is close to all the best tourist attractions as well.

Excellent hotel with amazing service from the staff! We stayed here for 4 nights on the first part of our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. The restaurant next door, Upper Union, was perfect for a great dinner and drinks after a long flight.

Can’t say enough good things about Cape Cadogan. From the moment you walk through the front door of the hotel, you feel at home. You’re welcomed by friendly smiling staff who offer you a glass of wine so you can relax next to a cozy fire while your bags are taken to your room and your room is prepared. When you enter the room, you immediately noticed how spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated it is, further embodying a feeling of home. And the complimentary morning breakfast served at the hotel’s well-appointed restaurant makes you excited to wake up each morning you’re there. But where this hotel truly stands apart from others are the little things: the well maintained grounds that are tended to daily, the afternoon tea and snacks, the macarons and candies waiting in your room, and the turn down service that includes a hot water bottle tucked under your bed sheet so your bed is warm and welcoming upon your arrival home for the evening. Cape Cadogan: thank you for making our stay in Cape Town so enjoyable. We would stay with you again in a heartbeat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
