We stayed in cape Diem for two nights. This boutique hotel is so carefully renovated, and service was superb, including a good breakfast. Many special wishes could be made true. Location is perfect if you want to discover Capetown even by foot. To water front it’s only 100Rand (5€) if you do not want to walk. We could not use the pool because there was so much to do. But it looked inviting. So: whenever we want to come back to this part of Cape Town, Cape Diem will be our first choice.

My home away from home, I've no other words to describe my stay at Cape Diem Lodge. The excellent experience already started at arrival at the airport when the more than kind driver of my transfer (arranged by the hotel) awaited me. Despite my late arrival in Cape Town, the reception at the hotel by the night porter was also perfect and made me feel really welcome. An experience that continued the following days. From the staff at breakfast and in the office until the gardener and housekeeping, everybody was so friendly and always willing to help and make my stay as enjoyable as possible. My room (number 3) was also excellent and absolutely value for money with a very comfortable bed, spacious shower, more than enough seating options and this all nice and clean. Breakfast offered more than enough options, perhaps even more than can be expected for a small sized hotel. In the afternoon some snacks and drinks are available as well. The overall 'vibe' of the hotel is really nice as well, very comfortable, modern yet stylish and with respect for the age and style of the building. Because of the size, the hotel also has a sort of cosy feeling. Parking of my rental car wasn't an issue either and is perfectly safe. Both across of the entrance along the street as well as in the parking garage is space available. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay at Cape Diem Lodge!

What a find in Greenpoint!!! The Lodge is very stylish and elegantly decorated and you feel like you are in a serene bubble in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks were such a lovely touch and the breakfast delicious! The team were very attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed here as a couple for 2 nights and had a really good time. The lodge is a beautiful house that has been refurbished to a really high standard. It was a lovely place to relax in. The only reason for not giving 5 stars to the room is that there was a lot of light coming in in the morning, and our room being opposite the kitchen we had a small issue with noise in the morning. We really appreciated small attentions from the staff/management such as complimentary afternoon tea/wine. Breakfast was also a highlight, everything was delicious! The location in Green point was great - very safe and within walking distance to the V&A waterfront.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
