We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! All people were very nice, the breakfast was really good and our room was also very nice. The only minus could be that from early afternoon on we had the smell of the below restaurant in our room, but that was still ok, we just opened our windows :) Great to also have a lot of restaurants and a great bar in the same building We would recommend this hotel! :)

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment which is at the back of the building and not internally accessible from the hotel. The master bedroom of the 1st floor apartment overlooks M62 and is so noisy due to vehicular movement that it’s virtually impossible to get any sleep. The sound insulation is absolutely appalling. Hot water is not unlimited like in a hotel so if 4 people need to shower in quick succession then the last one ends up showering in cold water. Not sure with such limited hot water why even have a bath tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has no windows and a tiny bathroom. The balcony of the living room overlooks roofing of buildings in the vicinity and is quite a sad space. Housekeeping needs improvement, the refrigerator was absolutely filthy. I’m sure the hotel isn’t so bad but I would strongly recommend against booking the apartments. The good bit is they have a fabulous front desk staff in Samantha. She’s super friendly and willing to help in any way she can. They also have an excellent third party tour operator in Domingo with who we did the vineyards tour and whale watching. All said and done we won’t be returning to this properly.

Amazing place in downtown! Walkable to good restaurants and bars. About 15m walk to V&A and an easy uber. Loved the room and the service. Bathroom was gorgeous and the people were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
