        We went there with a large family and the experience was perfect. View of the villa is perfect and the best in the vicinity. Food and facilities (spa, gym, bars - everything you need for a perfect vacation) are great. Staff are very helpful and assisted our large family a lot in arranging transportation, food and lots of our special needs. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

        Stayed here for 5 nights during Christmas holiday 2023 and loved the hotel! Breakfast buffet is great, walking distance to the beach and 7-11, nice room/bed/couch and also huge jacuzzi in the big balcony. I also had a very nice pineapple fried rice by the pool :D Renting car and booking island hopping tours can both be done in the lobby, although more expensive then from touristic beach area, at least pick up/drop off is convenient.

        Walking distance from Kamala beach, although some effort is required because the resort is atop a small hill. Clean resort, spacious room, friendly staff. Not the most baby friendly, but they are upfront about not having amenities to cater to small children. Room service was delightful! Food was really good.

        TL;DR, stay here for the views of the sea, but don’t expect any service at all. Room is great with an awesome view but I have to say the service here SUCKS compared to all the other places I’ve stayed in Thailand. We stayed in 3209 & moved to 4304. The service front desk and Breakfast staff - seems like they’re in a rush & their tonality is SUPER RUDE. They talk super fast & mumble thru their words. a few encounters we had: 1) Our room was out of electricity, went down to give feedback & front desk was not apologetic at all, just said it’s an area issue. And no alternatives to give just asked us to head out to shop around and come back a few hours later. Disappointing when I just wanted to rest in the room when I’m not well. But their Pc & lift etc was all still working. Makes me wonder if it’s really out of order or just our room? 2) we changed our room and partner & I can’t remember our room number for breakfast. The breakfast staff was like an interrogator asking me “WHAT IS YOUR ROOM NUMBER? This number doesn’t exist” multiple times in front of other travellers. And I told her my partner & my name. I’m not sure if she’s raised her voice to me because I’m Asian Chinese, because when my partner (non Asian) went over her tone changed to become more polite & asked him to write down his name. She could have done the same with me & just called the front desk to check! 3) we paid for an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, the staff that showed us the room did not have good product knowledge. We asked her where is the bathtub when we entered the room, she said that this room doesn’t have a bathtub and it’s the same room we booked for. Spent 10mins in the room trying to explain to her that we paid for it, she said she is “only doing what was handed over to her by morning shift”, I don’t care, just give me the right room that we PAID FOR! in the end, after multiple calls- she realised from her colleague the bathtub was at the balcony! My god, causing everyone unnecessary anxiety because she doesn’t know her stuff. Please give her additional training. 4) Asked for a late checkout which wasn’t available (unless you pay 4500 baht), unfortunately i forgot to inform them that I’d prefer not to activate this option staff called at 12+ and rudely said “so you want the late checkout or not?”. How about a “good afternoon, ms. Xx, can I check if you want the late check out?” Isn’t this a 4 star hotel? But service is like 0 stars! DO BETTER CAPE SIENNA! WOnderful views but zero service.

        The rooms were nice and clean. Beautiful view in a quiet area. The smell in my room was not great, but it is very common in Thailand to experience bad smell in room with restroom inside. The room has all the comfort. Breakfast was not great for my standard.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
