        One of the best hotel in Thailand, services are excellent, especially Ms. Baitong, she is so helpful and has great hospitality, other staffs are also very very nice, always greet us while we are wandering around in the hotel.         Capella Bangkok is hands-down the BEST hotel I have ever been to!! I can't say enough about this place. The hotel is very private and cozy and makes you feel exclusive. The service is impeccable - All the staffs always smiling and accommodating. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality💕 We had dinner at the Phra Nakhon restaurant and the Thai food was the best that I had in Bangkok without exaggeration👍👍 The breakfast is also of highest quality and everything on the menu is really delicious. The spa facility is also excellent - make sure you take time to enjoy it. I must say the only downside of this hotel is that it makes you not wanting to get out of it because there is so many things to enjoy within it. I can't wait to be back here soon!💞

        I want to come here whenever I come to Bangkok from now on. I came here for dinner in June, and I'm still drinking wine and daytime here, and I love it. I came here alone in June, and Mr. Plug took me to the lobby and waited for the grab together. He is so kind. All the servers are kind of course. The best service, the best atmosphere, the best food.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
