The CCP is so good and this Hotel also i love China soooo much I want to learn Chinese and live there maybe!!!

Strategic location because 10 minutes from Tiananmen Square and the forbidden city. Staff helpful even if almost nobody speaks English and this is worth a bit in all hotels in China. Large hall on the ground floor where there are also 2 restaurants (comfortable if you don't feel like going out in the evening), the breakfast room and a large tea room. On the first floor there is a fantastic jade shop! The hotel is in classic style and is well maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious. Two half-liter bottles of water are offered. Clean bathroom with bathtub and glass shower. Classic free toiletries. Present bathrobe and bedroom slippers. TV almost exclusively with Chinese channels. Panorama from the room nothing special. Rooms rating 7 Bathroom rating 7 Cleanliness rating 7 Overall rating 7

Been there twice and will be staying there in the spring of 2019. The hotel is very close to the rail system and The Forbidden City. They have a tour and train ticket office in the lobby. Love their currency exchange machines that charge a very small fee for the exchange. The food and service are very good. Spring of 2017 they were constructing outdoor spaces that looked pretty cool. We are looking forward to see what it looks like when finished. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby is nice but the rooms are very grubby. The carpet is old and stained and many things in my suite did not work such as some of the outlets, the shower, and the air conditioning. I would recommend only for someone on a budget.

Heat hotel situated a couple of minutes away from Tien'an men square. Rooms are spacious and the views are great. Breakfast was rich and had a mixed of Chinese and Western food. Staff was friendly and helpful though not all of them could understand English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
