        Our group rented 2 rooms through Agoda. I paid in full, but due to the train delay, I didn't arrive until 9:00 p.m. to check in and the staff reported that the room was full. That means the room we booked was rented by the hotel to someone else. The hotel is blatantly lying about its business. At such a dark night, our group had to take a taxi to find another hotel to stay. I reported it on Agoda. Let's see how the hotel will respond

        I booked a room and paid for it. When I arrived, the guest informed me that there was no room available and asked me to move to another hotel whose quality did not seem to be equal to the room I had booked. I see that the hotel collects money in advance, so it intentionally traps customers with poor service.

        Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I booked 2 rooms on June 17. At 9pm when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that our room had not been cleaned. When we asked to clean the room, we received the answer: "There was a heavy rain, so the cleaning ladies have all gone home?" While our room should have been ready at 2:00 pm on the same day, we did not have to wait until 9:00 pm to clean the room when we arrived. More surprisingly, the receptionist told us they wanted to take us to a hotel in the same branch to make up for the room on this side, but the quality of both sides was not the same. We are very upset and angry that we have booked a room in advance and completed payment via agoda but the hotel is still so irresponsible. Really a very bad experience. We had to take the bus ourselves and book another, better hotel. Everyone should think again.

        Nice clean room, new furniture, very enthusiastic and attentive reception staff. My family had a good experience at the hotel. The hotel location is also very close to many delicious places to eat. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
