Room was reasonably clean except some stain marks on the wall. The blanket has a pool of blood stain in the middle. Our room was on level 2 and I couldn't sleep well. because of loud water pump sound coming from the rooftop. Also no lift so you gotta carry our luggage to upper floors

Overbooked issue. Told full room upon arrival without any compensation and referral to others hotel. Asked to cancel the booking in agota which already paid but non-refundable.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
