Everything look nice but nothing work. The check-in take forever because they ask you to fill papers like if your buying a new house. Also the parking is locked with chain so you either unpack on the hot sun or the rain. For me it was on the rain, with my baby. The room has no soap, no hot water, no drinking water, no coffee and no kettle. I had to go 3 times to buy stuff at the 7/11. The phone doesn't work when you answer and they keep calling, you have to go down do know what they want. Staff are low paid zombie who follow rules like dictatorship communism. I pay 2000 for a night which is x4 the price of any South East Asian country. I do not recommend this place.

The bedroom suite is so spacious, I regretted staying for just one night. Great place to book for a staycation. It also has character, love the Architecture and Interior Design-related touches. Very well-designed. Airconditioning is a bit loud, though, and the street lights penetrate to the room. Service is OK, and the personnel are polite and responsive.

CEO Flats is a good space and affordable if you need a short stay in Makati. Amenities are good inside the room - kitchen (though non working stove and washer), couch, TV, bathtub and shower (no toiletries provided), bed, desk and working ACs. The location alone can earn it 4 stars - nearby 7-11, Big Al's, Starbucks, Mercury, etc. This is a place I will highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
