One of the best in terms of affordability and quality of service provided by the resort staff. Very accommodating and made sure all our queries and needs were attended. The view is nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool as well as the slides. 5 stars!

This hotel stole my security deposit which they insisted on for not real reason. So I actually paid double of my room. Their Googles rating is fake there’s no way they can rate 4.9… Also they delayed me leaving the hotel by 20mins while they “checked my room” … I’ve never had such a bad experience and I’ll NEVER go back to this hotel again.

if you want a high end luxurious to stay in guys. this is it!. the lobby is glam. smells like luxurious. the interior design is well detailed . there a wow factor to me every moment when i roam around the hotel. the safety , cleanliness and professional staff are the plus factor on this hotel. great experience

We recently stayed at the Capital O 914 Makati Palace Hotel for our anniversary weekend and we had an amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing outdoor pool area. We would highly recommend the Radisson Hotel to any couple looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One of the most luxurious hotels in the heart of Makati. Service is great and the staff are very friendly. It feels like you're in a 5 star hotel but without spending too much as everything is affordable. I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
