The location is amazing, cannot get any closer to the ocean. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was very friendly, and it was great value. There was a kitchen, patio and a spacious room with AC and cable. Shower was a good size. Note: you need to walk on the beach to access the hotel-it was hard to tell where the entrance was when first arriving. Also recommend bringing dish detergent if you want to wash your own dishes (otherwise house keeping will do it). This was a great choice!!!

My mom and brother stayed here while I was at another resort but I had the pleasure to come and visit as often as I wanted and did! The hotel staff was so welcoming and accommodating to their guests and guests of their guests! Beer was expensive at their bar so I recommend walking to the super 4 or 7/11 right up the street for refreshments. You do have to walk briefly through the sand to get to the front entrance to check in but upon entry the staff will gladly help with your bags and get you checked in very quickly. The beach is beautiful and part public so it is a busy place all day and night. Water was perfect for swimming and wave jumping, no water shoes needed.

The room was extremely dirty and the doors of the balcony could not be closed. Anybody could get in in the night. There was dirt on the floor, dirt in the toilet, dirt in the sink, the tables were dirty and pillows were yellow. But most importantly: the balcony door couldn’t be closed and the balcony is easily accessible for outsiders. The reception closes at 10 pm, so there is no security. My girlfriend and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, anybody could enter our room in the night. The reception is also not really friendly and doesn’t speak well English. They work with another agency to do communication. Also, we arrived around check in time (15:00h), but we still had to wait for 1 more hour in the full sun. So very unpleasant experience. We paid for nothing, because the hotel also doesn’t want to give a refund or a compensation. Even though the room was very dirty and the door can not be closed. How can you stay in a hotel room where the door can not be closed?
