I chose the accommodation based on location. Location was great, however the rooms are dated and feel dirty (smelly carpets, stained curtains etc). I was disappointed with the reception for charging my credit card and then demanding cash payment. I got the card payment refunded, but a week later. Very hard to deal with the staff if you don't have a sufficient level of Spanish.

The room is larger than that of a hotel, and the cleanliness is something that is appreciated... there is a small kitchenette and minibar. The only comment is that the clothes storage unit (at least where we stayed, needs maintenance). The bed is very spacious and comfortable. It fulfills the function of going to sleep and resting. The service of the employees is very good. They are kind The location is good, since it is a few meters from Reforma Avenue and in its surroundings you will find places for lunch, lunch and dinner. On the same street towards the corner there are food stalls. The juices and birria tacos are very delicious.

Excellent hotel, excellent relationship between quality and price. The only hotel in the area that, despite the schedule (5am) and immediacy of the room, works with professionalism and does not raise the prices of its services

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
