Zero extras. No soap for the sinks so you have to get soap from a dispenser in the shower to wash your hands or dishes. Internet speeds are very very slow (less than 1gb down). No coffee machine in the room. No AC so an open window for some air over a busy, noisy street. No reading lights for the bed or the work desk. No place to plug in at the work desk. Super clean. Friendly staff. Great location.

I booked this place because it had relatively high reviews on google, and I feel that I need to write this unfortunately negative review now. I booked through a 3rd party, but with the wrong date. One of those "we logged you off and changed the date to some random default" and I didn't notice, unfortunately. So sure, that's my fault. But the date was 2 weeks out, and the hotel wouldn't credit it towards the night I actually stayed, and I couldn't cancel it (it's 2 weeks out!!) It's a weird little hotel. One of the reasons I chose the place is because the pics made it look like there's a nice balcony/outdoor space. But it is right over a parking lot, with a metal grate floor so really just looking at asphalt. They did try to make it nicer by adding fake plants around the walls that enclosed this really weird outdoor space. It seems to be an office/hotel, so the floor I was on had people in offices talking, etc. It's called a "suite" which usually implies a kitchen is part of the unit, but it's a shared kitchen with the office people. Not a terrible thing, but a little misleading in case a private kitchen is important to you.

5/5 4 hours ago on Google Great deal for Roma. Large rooms, very clean, great neighborhood and friendly staff. They even held my room for a late check in. However you hear all the happenings of the neighborhood at night. The shower takes some time to warm up and you can hear the neighbors using their sinks and flushing their toilets

A wonderful combination of hotel/apartment for your short or long term stays. Located in the heart of Mexico City where Roma Norte & La Condesa meet, it is a great central location for accessing all parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cleaning service is so nice to have for the apartment and they are consistent (not a lot of turnover is a good indication that they like what they do, are treated well and in return take great care of their guests. Rooms are simple, but decor is classic, furniture is new and comfortable, and meets general needs. In addition to bed, each room has kitchenette with basic amenities (coffee pot, dishes, pans, microwave, fridge), big desk, dining table (high top or standard) with chairs, and small sitting area (couch/coffee table). Additionally, guests have access to rooftop deck/sitting area (one of my favorite places to watch sunrise and sunset) which is partially covered so good in all weather as well as gym with basic cardio machines & multipurpose lifting machine. Wifi is free (albeit it is better is some rooms than others) but there is also good/consistent wifi on roof deck and guests can also reserve small offices or conference room for a small fee. At the time of this review, me boyfriend and I have stayed now here 4 different times (3-4 weeks/stay). We continue to have wonderful experiences and you do as well!!!

The rooms are big and they did a nice job cleaning when we were at breakfast. The location is great, close to Parque Mexico and La Condessa with tons of great resturants, cafes, bars, and dance places. There is a neat patio on the roof where you can get some sun if it's not raining. The bathroom was nice and modern. The windows in our room were a little thin so the noise from the street comes through. It wasnt too bad for us. I always bring ear plugs to Mexico City for sleeping because a really quiet room is rare.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
