If you have suitcases, then your gonna hate how you will have to lift suitcases to go up and even the elevator that's in this building with mixed residential and rental. You will feel like as if elevator is about to snap and go down. It isn't that bad but the bathroom is what I really didn't like. The mattress quality is also not great. They have delicious lemon cake and croissants, which is amazing

Thanks for a good experience! Me and my wife enjoyed it and we had to contact the staff a few times and they were always helpful. One morning they gave complimentary pastries as well, which was appreciated. There's a minibar with a few items that are included, which is nice. As some people previously mentioned it is very important to read and understand the instructions on how to access the rooms before. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Couldn't really ask more than that for the price. Keep it up! :)

The room feels like a home. It is neat,clean,and tidy. I was having hard time booking the last minute but the customer service supported and booked for me and go above and beyond my expectation just to make things right. The view of garden is amazing. Alessandro is helpful too. Theres a lot of snacks with free coffee and brioche. The value for money is great! I felt like im in a Hotel😊

Everything was Just perfect, easy acces to room. The host respond very quickly for everything u need, location its Just perfect, walking distance to Termini and Sit Shuttle Bus to Airport. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
