Budget hotel, suitable for solo traveler /couple. A come and go hotel. Be prepare with this price no need to expect anything fancy. Atleast have all the equipment, personal toilet,hair dryer, toothpaste. Free parking outside but need pay parking coupon/app if on day time

I stayed here with family for 1 night on 13 Jan 2023. For the price, it is extremely value for money. Room was really clean and equipped with TV, hair dryer, cold aircon, mineral water etc. Toilet was surprisingly spacious considering the small size of the room, and there was heated water as well. Bed was comfortable and I had a good and quiet rest. Only hiccup was that the hotel didn't initially find our agoda booking, but the matter was resolved with the help of the friendly receptionist. All in all, a great place to stay in, and one I would frequent again in the future.

Stayed for 5 days here. The room is clean and comes with the basic. Any other things you need just request or ask from the receptionist or house keeper. Value for money hotel. Eateries and convenient stores are all within walking distance. Using the instant water heater and the water pressure is medium high. Bed is old, the spring is noisy and loud at the side. But still I had a good rest and sleep very well. (Medium hard bed). RM5 by Grab to Ikea Tebrau or Aeon Tebrau.

Staffs are friendly even though I can't fully understand what they wanted to say (they're not locals). The room is clean and comfy. The lighting are not so bright in the room and toilet but still manageable. They have take outs/delivery for pizza service, please request it at the lobby counter. Overall it is value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
